The transcript data

We used all human EST and mRNA sequences that we could extract from GenBank 117.

These sequences were given identifiers based on their GI numbers, and with the
prefix "est_" or "mRNA_".  It is not practicable or necessary to list these
sequences here, and they may easily be retrived from GenBank/EMBL/DDBJ using the
GI number as the search key. However, it is useful to list here the definitions
of the sequences involved in the alignments.
